Return Policy

We want you (and your little ones!) to be 100% happy with your purchase, and if not, you can simply request a return within 30 days from delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging.

To start a return, contact us at hello@getsuperspace.com with your order number and reason for return. If your request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label with instructions. Items returned to us without prior approval will not be accepted. 

Return shipping is $25 plus a $15 handling fee for each item and will be deducted from your refund.

Please note that we are unable to accept returns from Alaska, Hawaii and any US territories.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method which may take 3-5 business days to reflect on your payment account.

Refunds on pre-orders
If you would like a refund on an item that has been pre-ordered, please notify us at hello@getsuperspace.com within 14 days of purchase. If the item has not yet shipped and the refund is approved, you will receive a refund of the full amount to your original payment method
