    Greek for the grandchildren and thinking of buying get another pack

    We love the inventive creations the children make and would like to buy another pack however don’t be fooled by their discounts. You can’t claim them and I’ve written to them about this. It happened twice with my first pack and then with my second pack this aspect was very disappointing so to summarise the product is great but I’m not so sure about their sales techniques offering discounts and making it very difficult to use these discounts so one’s end up not using them writing to tell them but receiving their reply is questionable.

What are the Superspace panels made from?

Superspace panels are made of an amazing material called Eco Felt, which is made from recycled plastic bottles! Each 22-panel Big Set contains approximately 130 x 330 ml bottles. This gives the panels resilience, durability, and ease of cleaning (we suggest using a damp cloth).

How do I clean the panels?

Simply wipe them down with a damp cloth. The eco-felt material is designed to be durable and easy to clean.

Are the magnets safe?

Yes, the magnets are securely housed in a kid-proof casing and comply with all safety standards.

Is your product child safety certified?

Yes, Superspace satisfies the UKCA and CE, the official standards for children's safety in the USA and the UK. We take child safety very seriously because of the magnets. Our unique secure magnet casing system makes it extremely difficult to remove the magnet, even if the casing is taken off the panel. Should the magnets be ingested, though, it would be harmful. We recommend that parents frequently inspect their Superspace for any loose or broken parts, and remove any panels that have broken from their children.

What are the sizes of each the panels?

All of the panels are 9mm in thickness. The sides of the squares, squares with windows, and triangles are 500mm (20 inches). The long side of the Trapezoid and Rectangle is 1000mm (40 inches).

What are the dimensions and weight of the Rectangles Add-on Pack box?
