Shipping policy
What is your shipping policy?
We offer free ground shipping within the contiguous U.S. (excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories).
For Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories, real-time rates are calculated directly from UPS, FedEx or USPS.
Orders received by 12:00 pm (PST), Monday-Friday, will ship in 3 business days in most cases and delivered within 5-7 business days, however, no guarantees are made.
Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will be processed the next available business day.
General
We do not ship to P.O. boxes at this time.
Note: Superspace is not liable for delays in shipping caused by external factors (i.e., weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of terrorism, traffic accidents, etc.).
Additionally, Superspace will not be liable for any customer errors made at the time of purchase.
Can I expedite my order?
We would like to accommodate specific delivery windows, but we’re unable to offer expedited shipping at this time.
Can I change the shipping address on an order?
We're happy to update your shipping address as long as your order hasn't shipped. Please notify us at hello@getsuperspace.com.
What countries do you ship to?
At the moment, we are only shipping in Australia, US and the UK.
