How do I send a digital gift card?

Choose the amount, pick a design, and decide whether to add a personal note, record a short video, or schedule delivery for a future date. Enter your recipient’s email in the “Recipient email” field, add the card to your cart, and check out. You will get an order confirmation and a second email confirming the gift card was sent. Your recipient will receive the card in their inbox with your chosen design, message, and video if you included one.

Can I write a message to the recipient of the card?

Yes. Type your note in the “Message” box and make sure “Send as gift” is selected. You can preview the message before sending so it reads exactly how you want.

How do I redeem a gift card?

After purchase, a digital gift card is emailed with a unique code. At checkout, enter that code in the gift card field and the balance will apply to the order total.

How do I check my balance on a card?

Use our Gift Card Balance tool at any time, or log in to your Superspace account and click “My Gift Cards.” If you do not have an account yet, create one here using the same email address that received the card. Need help? Contact us and we will get you sorted.

Can I use my gift card multiple times?

Yes, you may use your gift card multiple times if your gift card has a remaining balance.

Can gift cards be returned?

Sorry, gift cards are final sale and non-refundable.

Can a gift card be used to purchase another gift card?

No. Gift cards can be used for Superspace products only, not for purchasing additional gift cards.

Do gift cards expire?

No. Superspace digital gift cards do not expire. But we recommend using your card when you find something you love.
