We have owned our superspace tiles for almost 2 years now. My kids at the time ranged in ages 3-9 and are now 5-11 and still play with them all the time! We have only had 1 rectangle piece lose some parts (I have 4 boys who can definitely be rough on toys haha). I emailed them to ask if they sold the pieces by chance and the customer service was amazing! She asked for pictures of the damage and after I emailed the pictures over, I got a response the same day saying they were going to send a couple new rectangle pieces! I was shocked and didn't expect that at all. I would definitely recommend buying from this company! We will be buying another set soon to add to our current one!

I purchased these for Christmas 2023. We have purchased additional sets since and still the number one present my kids have recieved. Every child that comes over loves playing with them. In total we have the big set, the rectangle set, and additional squares. My sons are now age 4 and age 8 and will build individual forts as well as large scale forts. My sons are very hard on things and none of the squares have any shown wear and tear. These are the type of things you keep for the grandkids. Love the quality, love this product.

My 5 and 3 year old girls LOVE this set! They spend hours creating different little adventures, and then “chill out” in their “castles” when they get tired. I feel like this is the gift that keeps on giving because the older they get, the more use they get out of the tiles. They are a huge hit and we plan to add on to our set very soon!

What ages is The Big Set suitable for?
It's perfect for children aged 3+ and even loved by older kids and adults!
What are the Superspace panels made from?
Superspace panels are made of an amazing material called Eco Felt, which is made from recycled plastic bottles! Each 24-panel Big Set contains approximately 130 x 330 ml bottles. This gives the panels resilience, durability, and ease of cleaning (we suggest using a damp cloth).
How do I clean the panels?
Simply wipe them down with a damp cloth. The eco-felt material is designed to be durable and easy to clean.
Are the magnets safe?
Yes, the magnets are securely housed in a kid-proof casing and comply with all safety standards.
Is your product child safety certified?
Yes, Superspace satisfies the UKCA and CE, the official standards for children's safety in the USA and the UK. We take child safety very seriously because of the magnets. Our unique secure magnet casing system makes it extremely difficult to remove the magnet, even if the casing is taken off the panel. Should the magnets be ingested, though, it would be harmful. We recommend that parents frequently inspect their Superspace for any loose or broken parts, and remove any panels that have broken from their children.
What are the sizes of each the panels?
All of the panels are 9mm in thickness. The sides of the squares, squares with windows, and triangles are 500mm (20 inches). The long side of the Trapezoid and Rectangle is 1000mm (40 inches).
